About the Hackathon
CareGenix is an AI-powered healthcare accessibility platform created during the GenAI.Works Agentic Hackathon (July 11–14, 2025). Five autonomous AI agents collaborate to automate patient registration, integrate medical records, perform AI diagnosis, generate personalized treatment plans, and maintain 24/7 patient engagement. Built with React, Tailwind CSS, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS Bedrock, and Docker, CareGenix ensures HIPAA compliance and FHIR integration while offering global scalability and multi-language support.
Challenge & Solution
🎯The Challenge
Creating a fully functional, HIPAA-compliant AI healthcare platform with multiple autonomous agents within a 40-hour hackathon timeframe. Integrating FHIR standards, ensuring real-time processing, and deploying a scalable multi-agent architecture were key challenges.

Developed five coordinated AI agents—Patient Intake, Medical Records, Diagnostic Assistant, Treatment Plan, and Patient Communication—to automate patient care, provide accurate diagnoses, and enable personalized treatment planning with real-time updates.
